Customer Services over Christmas

Unfortunately our customer services department will be closed from 5pm on Friday 21st December. We will reopen on Wednesday 2nd January.

In line with our dispatch and delivery options below, we will dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on Wednesday 19th December and these should reach you in time for Christmas. Any orders placed after Wednesday 19th December will not be dispatched until the new year. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause


We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery is through UPS and is for next day delivery.

If you order with us before 2pm on a working day we will dispatch your order that day. If you order after 2pm we will try and dispatch same day but unfortunately can't guarantee that. Either way UPS should deliver your order to you the next working day.

(If you have not received your parcel after 3 or 4 working days, don’t hesitate to contact us on [email protected] or by calling us on 01924 350 070. You should also be able to track your order online through www.ups.com using the tracking code we emailed when your order was dispatched.)


For a limited period we are offering free delivery in the UK via a standard UPS delivery option which is next working day

We are happy to take orders from overseas and to ship you our products.

The cost of standard UPS delivery to Europe is £14.95.

The cost of standard UPS delivery to the rest of the world is £19.95



We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Glen Isla. If you are not satisfied in any way please return the item to us within 14 days, quoting your order number or name and address and we will refund the cost of the item in full (less the appropriate value of any offer or discount you received).
